Privacy-preserved Secure Medical Data Sharing Using Hierarchical Blockchain in Edge Computing

A distributed ledger technology, embedded with privacy and security by architecture, provides a transparent application developing platform. Additionally, edge technology is trending rapidly which brings the computing data storing facility closer to user end (device), in order overcome network bottlenecks. This study, therefore, utilises transparency, security, efficiency of blockchain along at level establish preserved tracking schemes for electronic health records (EHRs). Since EHR stored block accessible peer-to-peer (P2P) nodes, has always been matter great concern any blockchain-based activities. Therefore, address this issue, multilevel blockchain, can enforce preserve complete or environment, become one recent research trends. In article, we propose an sharing architecture consisting three different interrelated hierarchical chains confined within layers using computing. Furthermore, since EHRs are sensitive, specific de-identification anonymisation strategy also applied further strengthen shared.
